[Noh-Varr might say that she has a choice, but they both know what he'd prefer.
Of course, if that's the case then he won't be getting the answer right away. In fact, it'll take a good twenty minutes before Hange bothers to send anything back.]

[All things considered, it's actually an impressive attempt, with Hange managing to keep pace with the fast beat (though it might've helped that she had the tendency to ramble at the same speed), tripping up only at two points. Her singing's deeper, and while it's obvious that she's focused more so on the lyrics than anything else, she manages to remain on key for most of it.]
[Hange's ready with another retort after that laugh, though she's cut short when Noh-Varr sends her a message that piques her curiosity almost immediately.

But you're right. We'll need a way to fuel the old system until the prototype is perfected.
A mechanical air compressor. They aren't complicated machines. The most work required would be construction, and even then, Elric might be willing to lend a hand.
An air compressor would certainly solve a lot of short term problems. Good idea, and since Ed volunteered to help with the actual upgrades I'm sure he'd be able to assist with this as well.

A viable fuel source to power it would be tricky though. I have some gasoline, but if there's a more efficient alternative we can use then I'd favor that one drastically.

You're going to need something to sustain you until the work is done, though.

Gasoline can work for now; I'd rather leave the materials for solar paneling for the 3DMG themselves.

I'll let you know when things are complete, and we can forward a request to Edward together.

Understood. I'll be looking forward to moving to the next step of our project.
